Do auto glass shops you can choose betwwen cheap or quality replacement car windows / windshield?
I have a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis. I heard that auto parts are hard to find cars that are over 10 years. Glass Doctor I get the job done today and felt a little windshield looked cheap. Of course, I could ask in advance on the original / genuine parts. But I do not really care because I'm selling the car. Does a dealership have been able to get a windshield Better? (Even if the car is 13 years)? The windshield looked cheap because it was flatter (less curved) than the original glass. He was also a black dotted pattern on top of the glass, while the original was a color tinged with blue on top. He just looked different.
