Is Purina ONE Natural Blends Chicken and Oat Meal a good dog food?

I know there are better ones like Solid Gold or Canidae, etc but my dogs do fine on Purina ONE Natural Blends Chicken and Oat Meal and they like it. I like it because it's cheaper and you can find it at Target or Wal-Mart. So is this okay to feed them? They like the taste of it better than Solid Gold or Natural Balance...

What I don't like about Purina, is that their ingredients are somewhat fraudulently presented..
It does have chicken as the first ingredient, but, that's only because of creative labeling..
They weigh all the ingredients before processing and then the heaviest ones get put first on the label because they appear to make up the bulk of the food.. Purina lists regular chicken as the first ingredient and corn 'meal' as the second ingredient.. That's the trick right there. They weigh the chicken BEFORE it is dehydrated but weigh the corn AFTER it is dehydrated. Once the 75% water is taken out of the chicken to make it kibble, how much chicken is really in the food? Very very little compared to the REAL first ingredient which is corn..
If that first ingredient said "chicken meal" then chicken would really make up a higher percentage of the food as chicken meal is chicken meat which is already dehydrated.
This food is mostly corn and poultry byproduct meal (Byproduct isn't meat- it's feet and undeveloped eggs).. There's hardly any chicken in it despite that being the first ingredient listed as the next two main ingredients are weighed already in a dehydrated meal form..
Chicken (natural source of glucosamine), corn gluten meal, poultry by-product meal (natural source of glucosamine), brown rice, oat meal, whole grain corn, whole grain wheat, animal fat preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of Vitamin E), dried beet pulp, calcium phosphate, natural flavor, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, salt, canola oil, soybean oil, malted barley flour, dried sweet potatoes, choline chloride, L-Lysine monohydrochloride, zinc sulfate, Vitamin E supplement, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, niacin, Vitamin A supplement, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B-1), copper sulfate, riboflavin supplement (Vitamin B-2), Vitamin B-12 supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B-6), garlic oil, folic acid, Vitamin D-3 supplement, calcium iodate, biotin, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of Vitamin K activity), sodium selenite.
