I Need To Loose 3 Stone In The Next 2 Months, Advice?
I need to drop 3 stone for a wedding in August, I will pretty much do anything bar go under the knife (yes I know how desperate I sound!)
Give me anything you have, how many times should I go to the gym, what foods should I be eating, should I take up a certain sport to loose weight fast, any tips and tricks would be most helpful.
