How do I get rid of my pear-shaped, or at least make it less visible?
I am Pear Shaped and it looks like my fat hangs along the pear shaped .. and it really bothers me, nobody knows what I could do to make it less visible that I am pear-shaped?
Two things: 1) Familiarize yourself with a good strength training program, if you're not already on it. In general, women seem to exaggerate cardio, which just ends up screwing their bodies even more. 2) When you are weight training, focus a little on your shoulders. broad shoulders make your waist thinner.
