Equita Certified Bailiffs - HELP?
Ive lived in my apartment since July 25, have had countless letters for a phone Ive tenant before their countless times for advice and their email via their website a picture of my council tax bill. However, I get letters from this person Ive just phones to talk to a manager who was rude, aggressive and yelled at the phone to me, would not listen and would not. He said an e-mail, and Ive sent twice and said he is quarantined How is it just that I get calls on my cell phone and House for that person, where they chose to keep the numbers of MES in their records, they write telling me bailiffs went around and fall. Ive phoned them countless times at a cost to me because it is the number 0844 .... Can advise, help? Have you experienced this company? Advisor would be greatly appreciated on where I am and what I can do ....
First, stop playing their game DO NOT do whatever they want .. this is not your responsibility to stop this harassment .. That is their job DO NOT telephone, eMail DO NOT .. everything you do while eMailing is to give them the address of "return" of your e-mail so they can then begin to harass you by e-mail .. (To stop it now, you will need to get a new email address) All letters to the former Tenant shall bear the inscription "Unknown at this address and return the enclosed post ... (Big Mistake to open mail not addressed to you). Email addressed to "occupant" may be assumed to spam and should be put directly into the trash. You made a BIG mistake by sending them information about yourself - they now have your phone numbers (which I assume you gave them) and other details of your tax bill board (why the hell did you send it?) ... OK - the first contact BT and mobile phone company and complaining phone calls to abuse and request a new number .. if this will cause you too much trouble, then get the numbers "collectors" Blocked - (BT and most other services Services will block all calls "hidden numbers" if you ask). Then DO NOT phone for some reason they can use = 1471 to discover your new phone number ... Adopt a "minimium reply" to respond to anything addressed to you .. no repeat NEVER you wrote in a previous letter (instead answer "The situation is still as per my letter of 1 January", "Please see my reply of 2 February "or other). If they fail to include a return envelope, or post your answer in their unstamped envelope or do not respond at all. Keep copies of everything you send. If someone does come to your door if you do not know who they are, no invitation IN not under any circumstances .. Debt collectors and bailiffs are like vampires .. if you make the mistake of leaving once they can break at any time before they feel like ... If you have time, visit your local CAB (Citizens Office Advisor) = take your letters .. Otherwise, if you feel too upset, which party leads the Board and contact the candidate "opposition" and ask for his help ... (Make copies of your letters)
