What kind of shark has purple spots and is yellowish brown?
I was scuba diving off the coast of Koh Chang, an island off the coast of Southeast Thailand in the Gulf of Siam, and beneath a ledge in maybe 30 feet of water, I saw a shark-like creature that had bright purplish spots. It was about 3-4 feet long. Does anyone know what kind of shark/fish this might be?
If it looked like its tail was more of an eel looking tail and a shark face and body then it is the zebra shark look at the picture in the link below and let me know. It native to Western pacific and indian ocean, and it lives in depths of 5-15 meters. I think it is it almost sure....
